Opening Times

Our opening times are very flexible and vary from one week to the next depending on the schedule of our students so we do our best to fit in with you. Generally though we start the first lesson from 8.30am onwards and aim to finish latest at 7.30pm. Any more than that and we'll get cross eyed! These times aren't rigid though, as we'll always try and accommodate you should you need a later evening lessons - and yes...we're open on Saturdays too.

We are committed to the DSA's Continued Professional Development Program which improves our skills as driving instructors and increases the quality of driving lessons and driving courses you receive in Bournemouth, We also have an excellent reputation for delivering concise, well planned driving lessons which, all in all should save you some time and quite a bit of money.

Steve is already more highly qualified than most driving instructors with an NVQ 3 in Driving Instruction plus a DSA fleet and A1 assessor qualifications. All this put together significantly increases the standard of tuition you receive and deserve, which is as it should be.

Intensive Driving Courses in Bournemouth - Could this be for you?.

Generally the closer together your driving lessons are, the quicker you will learn as it is easier to pick up on your last driving lesson and reduces the amount you forget. Most people find they need fewer lessons too, compared with weekly lessons - therefore saving them money in the long run. It also goes a long way to building your confidence! So the more time you can allocate to your driving lessons in Bournemouth the better.

Everyone learns to drive at different rates - some people take longer than others to achieve test standard - some people are suited to intensive driving courses and some aren't. Beginners normally find a 30 or 40 hour one week intensive driving course too daunting, so we find it's better to do two hour driving lessons daily for the first week and then increase the hours. This is because beginners often find it difficult to maintain concentration beyond two hours which may inhibit the learning process and be counter productive. Concentration spans increase with experience and time in the car. Needless to say you will still pass your test much quicker rather than taking driving lessons once a week.

If you already have some driving experience, it may be appropriate to have 20 or 30 hours of intensive driving lessons in a week; We recommend an assessment lesson to start with so we can determine your skills, ability, and the amount of driver training you'll need. We can then advise you on approximately how many lessons you will need to reach test standard and block book your intensive driving course in Bournemouth to fit in with your timetable. Please note the waiting list for the driving test in Bournemouth is usually about seven or eight weeks, so if you wish to do your driving test at the end of your intensive driving course, please make sure you have passed your theory test, book your driving course in plenty of time, and if you've already have a date and time for your practical test, let us know in order that we can keep that time free for you.
